We noticed an obvious gap in our industry: those who needed the muscle, but not the truck. We decided to embark on a journey to build the best muscle company in the nation, helping those who just need the strong backs, and are determined to get the rental moving equipment on their own.

What is your service, exactly?

Caddy provides moving labor. We can help with any stage in a moving process such as loading, unloading, packing, heavy furniture moving, etc. We do not provide trucks or moving equipment. We strictly provide muscle.

Why don't you offer trucks?

We believe in keeping things simple and affordable. There are plenty of rental truck options across the country, but finding amazing movers is a tougher challenge. With Caddy, you can guarantee you'll have great movers. We've built our company to provide you with movers you can depend on to make your move stress-free.

Can I book Caddy for other things?

Sure can. Event set up, home staging, wedding venue preparation. You name it. Our muscles are diverse and adaptable to even the most out-of-box requests.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We’ve utilize Square to ensure the security and safety of all payment information. We do not accept cash or check payments.

Do you accept cash?

We do not accept cash payments, but our movers will gladly accept cash tips.

When do I pay?

We require no money down and no credit card information upfront to book. We will send you an invoice when the move is finished, and payment will be required before our movers head home for the day.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel free of charge, any time. We have no cancellation fees.

What if my move goes longer?

We charge hourly rates, so if your move goes longer than expected, you are charged in 30-minute intervals.

Logistics & Scheduling

Can I contact my movers directly?

You will be contacted by a dispatch representative on the day of your move (a human dispatcher, that is). You can chat with the dispatcher if you have any questions, changes, or requests for your movers.

What areas do you service?

Navigate to our online booking system and punch in your address. If the address is out of area, it will not allow you to book.

How much lead time do you need?

We've crowned the name "on-demand" for good reason. We have shorter lead times than 99% of the moving industry. Should you need movers today or tomorrow, we can usually accommodate.

What do I need to do before move day?

The most important thing you need to have squared away is the truck. Caddy is a moving labor company and we do not provide nor operate moving trucks.
